Do you offer a free trial so I can test the forklift in my own warehouse?
Yes. Luxx offers a 3-day trial at your own warehouse, allowing you to use the forklift in your real working environment before committing.
This helps ensure the forklift works for your aisles, racking layout, lifting requirements, and daily workflow. Very few forklift companies offer a trial like this.
Can I visit one of your client warehouses to see a Luxx forklift in use?
Yes. If you’d like to see a Luxx forklift operating in a real environment, we can arrange a visit to one of our client warehouses.

If your forklift requires repairs that take longer than expected, we can lend you a replacement forklift so your warehouse operations continue without disruption.
